Job description
Starting ASAP the school are looking for an outstanding male Learning Support Assistant to join them on a long-term basis.

The School:

• An excellent Secondary School that caters to students aged 11-18
• Dedicated to supporting all pupils as they become independent, confident learners
• This school boasts a 100% pass rate at GCSE and A-Level - a testament to the pupils, teachers, and supporting staff

The Role:

• You will be supporting students in Year 7, 8, & 9 who require support both in the classroom, in groups and on a one to one basis. This will involve helping them with English, Maths, and Languages.
• Working with the teachers and the SENCO you will be devising methods to ensure that pupils have the best possible opportunities to learn

What you will need:

• Experience working with students at Key Stage 3 or 4
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to be involved in the wider school community and extra-curricular activities
