Protocol Education are currently working with a school seeking Teaching Assistants with extensive experience of managing and supporting behavioural difficulties. The position will be to support the class teacher during lessons to manage behaviour. This will mean you will be working on both a 1:1 basis with key pupils and as a general class Teaching Assistant.

The school cater for mainstream pupils but have a large percentage of SEN pupils such as; Autism, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and Speech & Language difficulties. The ideal applicant will be expected to have previous experience working 1:1 with students with a proven understanding of behaviour management techniques.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to support pupils across a variety of subject areas, while also injecting passion and enthusiasm into the role, while also ensuring a high level of commitment to supporting pupils achieve the highest levels of academic success.
