Job description
Protocol Education are looking to appoint several Secondary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work with Schools in Cambridgeshire. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have worked with pupils with in a secondary setting or have equivalent training.

Successful candidates will need to have a clear understanding of how children with SEN develop and learn and it would be extremely advantageous if you have experience of working within an SLD/ PMLD/ ASD/ EBD school. It is essential that you have a working knowledge and understanding of curricular needs of pupils with learning difficulties. You will need to have a flexible attitude and be willing to assist with personal care and medical needs. You must have a commitment to the educational, spiritual, health and moral welfare of children in your care.

Previous experience working with adolescents is desirable. Must be energetic, enthusiastic, be able to work using your own initiative but also be able to contribute to a dedicated team. You must have a passion to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Flexibility and a sense of humour are essential. • Reference information for the last five years
• UK eligibility to work, an enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to have one undertaken at the cost of £44
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable on a daily basis
