Job description
Secondary Invigilators for a range of schools in Haringey.

Are you looking for Daily Supply Work?

We are currently trying to source Invigilators for various Secondary Schools across the West of London to work through exam season.

Candidates will;
• Be able to start work immediately
• Have an enhanced DBS Disclosure with an Updates Service Subscription (Or be willing to complete one)
• Have excellent attention to detail and be able to focus on multiple things at once.
• Be able to commit to a minimum of 3 Days per week

Main Responsibilities will include;
• Handing out and collecting papers quickly and efficiently.
• Helping to maintain a quiet exam environment and make sure the students are abiding by exam rules.

We are also Looking for Scribes/Readers, translators and signers.

Main responsibilities include;
• Reading questions to students and in some cases writing answers.
• Working with students with Special Educational Needs such as Dyslexia.
• Signers will be responsible for working with students who are Hearing Impaired.
• Interpreters/Translators will be working with student whose English isn't particularly strong. You will read the questions and translate the answers into English. You must be strong in both languages and be able to translate as efficiently as possible.

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.***
