Job description
**Experienced Teaching Assistants required**

-Opportunities to progress as a classroom teacher

-Build classroom management skills

-Free training courses provided

-Establish contacts/relationships in schools

-Develop behaviour management skills

Due to our increase demand for learning support assistants within the Chesterfield and Worksop area Protocol Education are seeking to appoint experienced learning support assistants to join our Protocol Education team.

Are you experienced within a secondary classroom environment?

Are you able to identify individual pupil needs and put in additional support to build their confidence, skills and learning?

Would you like to offer general classroom support for young people in Years 7-11 with learning and/or emotional and behavioral problem?

If so, this is a great opportunity for you to become part of the Protocol Education Team and support us in providing schools with outstanding and experienced staff.

To apply for this role you will be required to have the following:

Teaching assistant experience, ideally with a Level 3 qualification or similar

The ability to manage student behaviours effectively

Knowledge of special educational needs and different learning techniques that will encourage and develop student’s abilities to learn.

The ability to promote students self esteem and reinforce positive attitudes.
