Job description
Year 11 English Teacher wanted in the Buckinghamshire area!

We are working in partnership with a large secondary school in Aylesbury, who are looking for a teacher of English to join their growing department.

This role would suit NQTs, who need support in their induction or an experienced teacher who is looking for a new role.

You will need to:

• Hold QTS or QTLS as a English Teacher

• Have a real passion for the subject matter

• Deliver a GCSE curriculum with skilled differentiation and a strong focus on pupil engagement

• Help students to make accelerated progress towards national expectations in English

• Hold strong classroom management skills with the ability to use inspiration techniques to create order and deal with challenges.

• Work as part of a team to enhance the overall abilities of children across school.
