Job description
Protocol Education is a leading specialist recruitment agency working within the Education sector, we are currently recruiting for a specialist English Teacher in the Redcar area.

The ideal Candidate will be able to deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students with a large ability range, whilst demonstrating a genuine passion for their specialism. The role requires a high level of behavioural management and drive to ensure each student reaches their potential.

Applicants must have:

* QTS

* A drive and determination to support the development of every student.

* Strong classroom / behavioural management skills.

* Strong interpersonal skills.
