Protocol Education are experiencing another record, budget busting year and due to these successes, we are looking to further grow our secondary team. We currently have a vacancy within our secondary education team taking over a ‘hot ‘desk with functioning clients who need further development. Ideally, we are seeking someone with education recruitment experience; however, the role would suit someone who has a history of recruiting professionals.
You must also be outgoing, friendly, articulate and hold a sense of pride in all the tasks you would undertake as an education recruitment consultant. The desk is a warm desk working with Secondary Schools across a buzzing part of London. There are plenty of opportunities within the company for a successful recruitment consultant to climb the career ladder.

The following are essential to be considered for the role:

* A minimum of 1-year experience in a suitable recruitment sector.
* A solid career history: evidenced by staying with the same employer(s) for several years.
* A track record of success: pushing your business area forward.

* Working hours are on a shift pattern either: 7am-4.30pm/7.30am-5.00pm/8am-5.30pm
* 25 days annual leave and increasing by 1 day per year of service.
* Reduced hours during summer holidays (9am-3pm for whole of August)
