My client based in the North London, Hornsey. They are looking to bring on an exceptional DT Technician teacher who has experience in using CAD and 3d printing, machine use such as pillar drill/bandsaw.

They are a supportive and committed community that aspire for their pupils to have the academic knowledge necessary to enable them to progress to the next level.

DT is a popular subject in the school and so many students have a passion to take this on as a GCSE subject. You would be joining the team at an exciting time in our development as they build the foundations of their new Sixth Form as well.

The successful candidate will work closely with other teachers and leaders in of the school to make the school better academically.

The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified teacher with QTS (however suitable for NQT)
• Have experience of teaching the subject a previous role
• Have an updated CV
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
