Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a "Good " Rated Secondary school in Bedfordshire, to recruit an experienced Secondary Design Technology teacher with the ability to teach Resistant Materials, to work on a FULL TIME basis with their students and deliver the curriculum to Key Stage 4.

The school is proud of it's teaching standards and the behaviour of it's students, who are encouraged to be both confident and responsible during their time at the school and beyond into adult life. An excellent senior leadership team set the example and remain available at all times to fully support both their staff and students.

*Please Note: This is a FULL TIME position, with an January 2019 start date and immediate interviews available for the right candidates*

The potential candidates must have strong organisational skills and a commitment to teaching and learning.
This position is open to experienced teachers as well as NQTs.
The successful Resistant Materials Teacher will be supported by an excellent senior leadership team and have access to on-going professional development.

To be considered for this position you must be;

- A qualified Secondary Design Technology teacher with QTS and the ability to teach Resistant Materials.
- Able to teach engaging lessons to Key Stage 4
- Dedicated to ensuring each child continually progresses.
- An enthusiastic teacher and have a flexible approach to work.
- Able to develop and implement schemes of work.
- Able to plan and prepare effective teaching modules and lessons.
- Be able to motivate and inspire their pupils whilst improving levels of pupil attainment.
