Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants from creative backgrounds who would like to apply their skills in an outstanding special needs school located in Lambeth. As a teaching assistant you will have the opportunity to work one to one and within a class, supporting students who have a diagnosis of autism, speech & language difficulties and behaviour difficulties. Successful candidates will be required to differentiate work to meet the students needs, develop & implement techniques to manage overwhelming situations, develop social awareness and encourage positive relationships with peers. This particular school are looking for teaching assistants that can apply their creative skills within a specialist setting and maintain an engaging and fulfilling learning experience.
