Protocol Education are currently working alongside schools who are making effective changes within the classroom environment to help raise attainment levels and meet the needs of individual pupils. Schools understand what an important role classroom support staff play and they are looking for individuals like you. Schools need experienced support staff to work with pupils who need that extra boost whether this be supporting the classroom teacher, working 1:1, working within a small group or managing the classroom as a cover supervisor.

Irrespective of the educational setting that you attend, you will be supporting and developing pupil outcomes in relation to the National Curriculum Framework. You will receive ongoing support by a strong school community and a dedicated consultant who is experienced at finding the right placement for you.

With the added benefit of working and developing your skills in a variety of schools you will also gain the opportunity to find the right school for you which could lead on to a fulfilling permanent career.
