Job description
Here at Protocol Education Leeds we are in huge demand for Cover Supervisors on a daily and short term basis to work within Secondary schools and academies within Leeds and surrounding areas.

The role of a cover supervisor will include the below responsibilities:

• Covering classes of up to 30 students
• Managing the classroom behaviour
• Delivering pre planned work and assisting pupils where possible
• Being comfortable at covering a range of subjects
• Following the schools policies and procedures

This is an ideal step for someone who is seeking a career path within education. The right candidate will be confident in their delivery, have a professional manner and have a strong personality presence. Ideally you will have some experience of working with children/young people and have a subject specialism.

We offer part time, full time and guaranteed work agreements for cover supervisor roles.

You must be available for a minimum of 2 days a week for at least 2 months and hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. We would also require 2 references dated within the last 3 years.
