Job description
Protocol Education are currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to work with one of our Mainstream Secondary Schools in Middlesbrough.

The School - A large scale Secondary School part of an Academy with a diverse student base based in Middlesbrough. The school has an excellent support network and is proactively seeking methods to improve the learning experience of every student.

The Candidate - Ideally, we are looking for a motivated individual with a drive to improve student awareness and make learning fun. You will have to be patient and attentive to detail due to the multilingual mixed ability classes. You will be passionate about learning for both yourself and the students under your care.

If you are a strong believer in motivating and educating students to bring out the best in their ability and education, we want to hear from you.

• A Personable, friendly, caring but professional manor
• Excellent communication skills
• Be Energetic, Motivated and Flexible on times and/or location
• Be motivated by the education of young students
• Ideally have some experience in a classroom environment
• Be educated to a GCSE standard and knowledgeable on core learning subjects
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of ICT systems
• A basic understanding of Interactive Whiteboards
