Job description
Protocol Education are currently seeking Cover Supervisor's to work with our Mainstream Secondary Schools in Middlesbrough.

The School - We currently work with a number of different Schools within the Middlesbrough Area.

The Candidate - Ideally, we are looking for a motivated individual with a drive to improve student awareness and make learning fun. You will have to be patient and attentive to detail due to the multilingual mixed ability classes. You will be passionate about learning for both yourself and the students under your care.

If you are a strong believer in motivating and educating students to bring out the best in their ability and education, we want to hear from you.

We are running regular Cover Supervisor Training courses to enable you the best start on introduction to Schools.

At Protocol Education we want to work with the individuals that shape the future generations in the most positive way. You will demonstrate this by having the following qualities;

• A Personable, friendly, caring but professional manor
• Excellent communication skills
• Be Energetic, Motivated and Flexible on times and/or location
• Be motivated by the education of young students
• Ideally have some experience in a classroom environment
• Be educated to a GCSE standard and knowledgeable on core learning subjects
• Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of ICT systems
