Protocol Education are working in partnership with a Sunderland school to recruit cover supervisors to work on a day to day ad hoc basis. Work is to start immediately.

Due to the locality of the school and the ease of reach from Sunderland city centre this is an excellent opportunity for candidates who rely on public transport to access day to day work.

Previous school experience is not necessary as additional training will be provided. Candidates must be able to demonstrate in their initial application that they have experience of working with children in some capacity. This role ideal for someone looking for flexible working or to build up experience before applying for teacher training.

Person Specification
• Exhibit patience and compassion
• Be supportive, kind and nurturing.
• Experience of working with challenging behaviour (either with children or adult).
• Must be able to support whilst maintaining authority in your role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
