Cover Supervisor - Barnet

We are seeking a graduate Cover supervisor role. You do not require a teaching qualification but we are looking for a graduate with a get and go attitude.

We are to seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor with appropriate qualifications and experience, excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively, to deliver cover work for classes in the absence of a teacher, to supervise students, maintain a positive learning environment and manage the behaviour of students in the classroom.

You will have overall management responsibility for all work carried out by the Cover Team and for the review and development of services provided by that team.

What will be expected of you

-To manage, motivate and develop staff working in the Cover Team with the aim of continuously improving support for learning and teaching throughout the Academy.
-To lead the management of the cover process.
-To provide high-level administrative support to the members of the Leadership Team within the Academy.
-To provide cover for classes in the absence of a teacher.
