Protocol Education are currently seeking enthusiast and caring learning support assistants, who are looking to influence and inspire the lives of their students. You would be based within the borough of Camden, working within mainstream secondary schools ensuring all students have the support they require.

Your main duties will involve working with students on a one to one basis and often in small groups. You must also be able to communicate effectively and be able to cater to individual student needs, while also encouraging and supporting all students and teaching staff.

You possess strong nurturing skills and must have great behaviour management skills.

You don't need any teaching qualifications to apply for this particular role, but having worked with children before would be advantageous.

We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'.
