Job description
Do you have a qualification in a science subject? need a new role for January? You could be thinking about pursuing a career in education and need some experience in a relevant role? Protocol Education are looking for Science technicians across the South east London boroughs. Please see below for more details on your job role.


Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Support students with safe delivery of practical experiments and activities
•Enforce health and safety regulations ensuring the safety of students at all times
•Ensure resources are stocked and available for the upcoming tasks
•Prepare equipment and work prior to lesson as well as help tidy up at the end of the day
•Compile written and/or verbal reports on students progress

The successful candidate will:
•Have a working knowledge of physics, chemistry and/or biology
•Be educated to degree level or equivalent
•Hold or be able to apply for a DBS that is on the update service
•Have experience working in a secondary school or with key stage 3 + 4 students

These roles are available for day to day supply work if you need flexibility. We also have schools who need a more long term candidates if you are looking for a more secure position.
