Job description
Science Teacher required in Bristol for September start

A successful and dynamic secondary school in Bristol are currently looking for an enthusiastic Science Teacher to cover from September until at least Christmas. This role has the potential to run for one academic year!

The School is based in Bristol and is easily accessible via car or the excellent public transport routes Bristol has to offer.

The ideal candidate should be able to teach Science from KS3- KS5 and should be passionate about their subject, have excellent initiative and be driven to ensure all children they teach make the desired levels of progress.

In return this school offers outstanding classroom facilities and an extremely supportive and friendly Department.

The role starts on 1st September 2016 and may potentially be for up to a full Academic year.

You must be a fully qualified teacher, be able to offer 2 references and have a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to complete one.

To be successful for this role you must have:

•QTS and eligibility to work within the UK.

•Extensive subject knowledge.

•Strong interpersonal skills.

•Sound behaviour management.

•Fulfilling PPA requirements.
