Job Title: Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for a science role where you can actually enjoy teaching again?

We’re working with a welcoming, well-run secondary school in Wolverhampton that’s ready for a strong Science Teacher to join them straight away.

This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive department with solid routines, engaged students, and leadership that understands what teachers really need, time, trust, and a bit less pressure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 (specialism welcome, all considered)
  • Delivering engaging, practical lessons that bring science to life
  • Creating a positive classroom environment where students feel confident to learn
  • Working alongside a collaborative department that shares ideas and resources

What the school offers:

  • A structured, supportive environment where behaviour is well managed
  • A friendly Science department that plans and works together
  • Clear systems in place, so you can focus on teaching, not firefighting
  • Leadership that’s visible, approachable, and backs their staff

What we’re looking for:

  • UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
  • Someone who can hit the ground running and build rapport quickly
  • A teacher who brings energy, clarity, and consistency into the classroom

Why join Protocol Education?

  • FREE access to our CPD Academy
  • Ongoing support from a consultant who gets it
  • Roles that match your style, not just your CV
