Science Teacher wanted!

Are you a qualified teacher of Science looking for an opportunity to start as soon as possible?

Would you be interested in a Long Term cover position offered on a part time basis for up to 4 days a week?

This Ofsted rated Good school in south Birmingham with an inspirational leadership team are looking to appoint a qualified Science Teacher to join their team, ideally with a Biology or Chemistry specialism though due to staffing within the department they can accommodate other specialists.

Located within Birmingham in the South of the LEA this Ofsted rated Good school are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to a part-time position for between 3 and 4 days that is due to commence as soon as possible to the start of the new academic year and will run to the end of the academic year. The position is initially being offered on a temporary basis though there is the possibility that there could be a permanent position for the academic year 2018/19 for the right candidate.

The school have an excellent reputation locally being well known as a Good school benefiting from excellent facilities in an affluent catchment area. They have a dynamic and inspirational leadership team who have outlined a clear ethos and vision, and established a strong culture of high expectations and high standards that permeates through all departments.

The school are looking to appoint a committed Science Teacher to join their department who will embrace the schools ethos and commitment to high standards and support the schools Outstanding commitment to its pupils. Due to current staffing within the department the school are able to accommodate any subject specialism within science though are ideally looking for a Biology or Chemistry specialist due to current timetabling.
