Job description
Protocol Education are currently working on behalf of a Northumberland Secondary School to recruit a teacher of Science. The successful candidate will be required to work from April 2019 until the end of the academic year, teaching General Science to pupils in KS3-KS4. There is a possibility that the role may be made permanent for the right candidate.

The school, located in the Bedlington area of Northumberland is easily accessible via the A19 and public transport links. The behaviour of the pupils was graded good in the school's most recent OFSTED inspection. The school requires candidates who are passionate about helping children achieve their potential and are able to support the whole school community in continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
• Have recent knowledge of the Science curriculum
• Have experience of teaching Science to KS4
• Be Pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
• Be eligible to work in the UK
