The science faculty is led by a motivational and supportive head of department who works in collaboration with the team and they regularly meet to share ideas, offer support and to look at new ways to support students. • Intricate communication skills are essential
• Behaviour management skills are beneficial but not compulsory
• Proven track record in raising attainment levels within students
• Producing lesson plans - knowledge of the subject
• To act in the best interest of the learners always whilst complying with school policy
