We are looking for an exciting and motivated Science Teacher to join us, and support students in a Secondary school. The school prides itself on creating an environment in which students and staff work together to create a community.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified teacher and possess a teaching number
  • Have a passion for science and be able to teach KS3-KS5
  • Be inspiring and engaging
  • Be able to plan and prep, mark and provide feedback
  • Have an understanding of SEN
  • Be trauma aware
  • Willing to create an environment in which students are the focus

The times for this role are 815-4pm Monday-Friday to ensure continuity for the student that we support.

Team teach is an advantage but not essential. Due to the nature of the role we require someone who is trauma aware and is able to adapt lesson to the needs of the students.

We require all educators to pass a clearing process, which includes police checks, references from the past 3 years, and possessing a valid safeguarding certificate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
