Protocol Education are working with a brilliant primary school who are looking for a receptionist to support the office. The candidate will need to have relevant school admin experience. The school’s values are:
This candidate must have an Enhanced DBS document or be willing to get one and SIMMS experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Answer the phones
• Liaise with the parents and teachers at the school
• Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries
• Administration relating to pupil attendance
• Draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters
• Managing email/post
