School Reception/Data Officer

 Salary: £10.50ph

Location: East London (Woodford Green)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm (sometimes 4pm finish)

We are an agency based in Central London and are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Woodford Green.  

Our client is a brilliant primary school who are looking for a Receptionist/Data Officer to help out in the office. The candidate will need to have school admin experience. The school’s values are:

This candidate must have an Enhanced DBS document or be willing to get one and SIMMS experience.

This role is to start in September and is a long-term role.

Day to day tasks:

• Answer the phones

• Liaise with the parents and teachers at the school

• Welcoming visitors to the school and dealing with their enquiries

• Administration relating to pupil attendance

• Draft letters, emails, reports, newsletters

• Managing email/post
