Protocol Education are working with an Outstanding primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham who are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to join their team. Experience of the SIMS Management Information System is essential.

This is a full-time job for an experienced Administrator who has used SIMS and is able to work full-time on a term time only basis. The school expect their Office staff to consider themselves a valuable part of their team and have the same work ethos.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:
• Have SIMS experience
• Have experience with admissions
• Have previous experience of working in a school environment
• Have excellent communication skills with staff, children and parents
• Work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self-direction when needed
• Be able to work as part of a team, but also use initiative and self- direction when needed
