Job description
Administrator /Sandwell/Start ASAP

•Suitably qualified and highly motivated professional to the post of school administrator within our very busy school office.
•Good Secondary school
•Sandwell West Midlands area
•Start ASAP

Duties and responsibilities:
•Dealing with telephone enquiries to the school. Making outgoing routine telephone calls as requested.
•Postal duties including receiving, opening and distributing incoming mail and despatching outgoing mail.
•Duplicating & distribution of information.
•Dealing with staff and pupil registers and information relating to free school meals.
•General word processing and routine I.T tasks.
•General administrative tasks including filing.
•Preparation of reports/letters/minutes of a confidential nature.
•Duties relating to the administration of the school's database to compile and edit pupil records.
•Use of word processor, spreadsheets, desk top publishing to produce documents for school administration.



The school is a multi-cultural 11-19 secondary school, serving 1700 students in the area of Sandwell The school has established itself as one of the highest performing schools in the area, achieved through commitment to continually improving the quality of teaching and learning, outcomes for Students and providing a holistic learning journey for students helping them to become outstanding members of the community.
