Job description
Protocol Education are recruiting for an experienced School administrator to work in a Specialist School based in South Gloucestershire.

We are looking to appoint a skilled professional with the following skills, training and expertise:

To provide clerical and administrative support, to ensure the continued effective function of the school office.
Receive and dispatch School mail
Liaise with Parents and Guardians
Liaise with Local Educational Authorities and other external Agencies
Receive and provide hospitality to visitors and trustees and maintain visitors log book
Record concise and accurate meeting Minutes and distribute appropriately
Administer all pupil record systems
Has excellent communication skills, is change orientated, self-motivated, inclusive and a team player with a sense of humour

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual wishing to progress their career. The post of School Administrator is crucial to the Schools success in providing a therapeutic environment for our pupils to learn and live.

They are dedicated to staff development and provide excellent training the post will offer you a chance to become an important part of the Administration Team and make a real difference to the lives of our young people.

This role is a full time contract to start as soon as possible.
