Job description
Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a school administrator with finance responsibilities to work in a North Bristol Primary school on a long term basis. The school is rated outstanding by Oftsed and consists of a large, friendly staff team. The role would begin ASAP and continue on an ongoing basis.

Your duties will include;

- Dealing with correspondence in and out of the school
- Booking appointments and meetings for the senior leadership team
- Updating school systems as and when required
- Assisting visitors to the school
- Assisting with basic financial procedures including dinner money, petty cash and invoicing
- Faxing, filing and reprographics

The ideal candidate will have:

•Previous experience of administration work in a school, university, college or similar education establishment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good PC and admin skills
•An ability to prioritise your work and take initiative
•SIMS experience
•Availability to undertake temporary work and start ASAP
