SATs Booster Specialist in Bristol
Are you passionate about providing specialist intervention sessions for children who are struggling in core subject areas?
Protocol education are looking to recruit a SATs booster specialist to work alongside groups for children in a year 6 class. This role is within a 1 form entry school in central Bristol.
By providing schools with SAT’s booster specialists this can give support and help raise the pupils’ attainment. The practitioner would be responsible for providing extra support for the pupils who are struggling to achieve their IEP’s in core subject areas. Therefore it would be preferred if you had a core subject such as mathematics or English as your specialism. This additional support would be away from the classroom environment and the chosen booster teacher would need to ensure that these different sessions were tailored to the individual children’s needs.
To be successful in your application you will need:
• Qualified Teacher Status
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Recent teaching experience in delivering quality primary education or a recent qualification as a Primary Teacher
