- To meet both activity and financial targets on a weekly, monthly and termly basis
- To work with team members and colleagues across the business to meet and exceed the defined budget
- To focus on placing candidates into short-term, long-term and/or permanent assignments whilst supporting your team to do the same
- To provide a professional and personal service to both using and prospective Clients and candidates to ensure maintenance and growth of your using client base.
