Job description
My client in Beckenham are looking for a Room Leader/ Third in Charge to manage the Toddler Room and the nursery in the absence of the Manager and the Deputy. The Nursery is close to bus and train transport links and is located on a road with free parking. The Nursery is a lovely converted house with a great outdoor space for the children. The company offers great benefits, rewards and staff appreciation events. The company also provides in house training including Child Protection/ Safeguarding, Food hygiene and First Aid.

To be considered for this position you must:

- Have Room Leader experience
- Have a DBS or a willingness to undertake one
- Be able to provide professional references
- Have a great knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Be able to lead and motivate a staff team
- Create and carry out action plans for the room
- Be able to complete key person responsibilities
