Protocol Education is recruiting experienced Room Leaders and Senior Nursery Practitioners for outstanding nursery settings.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team within the nursery room.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.
• Monitor children's progress in line with the EYFS framework.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

What You'll Need:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience in a leadership or senior practitioner role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
