Job description
Protocol Education is currently working with a number of SEND schools across the Hillingdon Borough and the schools are looking for TAs/ LSAs to start work in September for the full academic year and possibly longer too!

The schools we are working with cover a broad range of special needs, including, but not limited to; ASD, Asperger, Downs Syndrome, PMLD, Cerebral Palsy, Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired and Moderate to Sever Learning difficulties.

We are working with primary school, secondary schools and colleges. Both Protocol Education and our schools offer additional training to ensure you are 100% prepared for the students and situations that arise. Courses offered are such as, Team Teach, Autism Awareness, Sign-a-long, Makaton and PECs.

We are looking for people that don't necessarily have the experience working with SEND students. The ability and mindset to learn, being adaptable an enthusiastic and proactive attitude is what we are looking for!
