This is an opportunity for a bright individual who is looking to join a leading recruitment company with the ambition to have fast-tracked career progression and high earning potential.

Role and Responsibilities:

• To be able to work in a busy sales environment, to perform under pressure and be able to meet tight deadlines

The ideal candidate will have:
• Have a teaching / support work background, with a detailed understanding of school requirements and candidate skill sets
• Be likeable, energetic and enthusiastic, with strong influencing and managerial skills
• Have the organisational and administrative skills to manage a large pool of candidates
• Be innovative and creative in identifying, headhunting and retaining candidates
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment
• Proven communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and ability to influence

We offer:
• An annual salary of between £18,000 – 20,000 + Commission
• Intensive initial training program, an outstanding learning & development plan
• 25 days annual holiday increasing with the length of service
• Reduced working hours over school holiday periods (9am - 4pm)
• Dress down Fridays, team breakfasts and lunches, nights out and team building days
