Residential Support Workers - SEN

Are you looking for a fun new environment to work in where you can engage with other professionals and support children with autism?
Various opportunities to work in a residential special needs school in Ealing have arisen after an increase in student needs.
A specialist autistic school currently have 31 of their students residing in a housing unit in a rural part of Ealing and are now looking to expand their residential support team.
Role Residential Support Worker
Duties include working closely with pupils of SEN in groups or 1:1, maintaining and improving the social, emotional, physical and learning needs for pupils. The ideal Residential Support Worker will be able to tailor their approach in regards to communication and engagement to optimise learning and maximise comfort.
The role provides each staff member flexibility and alternate working hours allowing you to benefit from different free hours of the day.
