Job description
Protocol Education have been instructed by a large Secondary School in Huddersfield to help them recruit a Teacher of Religious Studies/Education for a long term supply teaching placement from to commence in September. This role will be one term initially as the school will be looking to advertise for the role for a January start.

This post will be full time and will be teaching Key Stage 3 and 4 although Post 16 experience would also be beneficial. It will be a timetable comprising mainly of Religious Studies however you may be expected to fill in with some general cover to make up the timetable.

All applicants need to hold a recognised teaching qualification and have obtainable references that cover a minimum of the last 3 years.

The school are very supportive and well structured with a desire to get staff that really love their job and are passionate to develop the abilities of the pupils.

All applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check at a cost to the applicant.

If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
