About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager with a track record of delivering business growth through leadership, management and development of high performing teams.  Reporting to the Operations Director you will be a member of the Senior Management Team and will be responsible for a number of specialist teams across the North & Midlands.  Some travel will be necessary depending on location but there is also flexibility to work remotely.

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager with experience of leading teams of recruitment consultants ideally over a number of locations to join our expanding branch network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take our dedicated team of managers and consultants to the next level. You will have experience of working within education recruitment or similar sector.

The successful applicant will be joining an established business with a recognisable brand and a reputation for delivering high quality service to candidates and clients across the education sector.
