Job description
We're building our amazing team as we transform the education recruitment industry, so if you'd like to join us on our exciting journey, we'd love to hear from you.
Due to expansion we are now seeking recruitment consultant to join our primary team based in Leeds centre. You will take over a very busy patch with clients using on a daily basis and earn commission from day 1!!

So if you come from a sales background and have the passion and drive or come from a recruitment background (we will look at other sectors not just education!) then read on..

Be Part of Our Journey
The People of Protocol Education (or Pop! as we're known) are driven by a desire to truly transform the way schools, teachers, TAs and recruitment professionals think about education recruitment. Join us and you'll be part of a team committed to constantly improving, being successful and having some fun while we're at it.

We offer everyone a successful career in recruitment supported by our own industry-leading Learning and Development programme. Our Career Ladder is truly unique. You progress will be rewarded with up to three promotions per year, and you don't have to swap from being a biller to a people manager to become a Director.
At Protocol Education, everyone has a voice in and the expectation is that you will help to shape the future of our business.

More than just another recruitment agency
We are more than just another recruitment company:
•Be Yourself - Casual dress while in the office (smarten up on client visits!)
•Expand Your Horizons - Our personal development fund is available for you to learn something new (currently includes Spanish lessons, drum lessons and hire of rehearsal space for the Protocol Band)
•Give Something Back - We'll help you give two of your work days to work on something important in your local community
•Feel Rewarded - Beyond salary and commission there are prizes, bonuses and even all expenses paid weekends to Europe to reward your success

So what's the catch? There isn't one! We are competitive on salary and offer the easiest commission scheme in the business to earn real money.

So if you want to be a part of this journey just email me on mudassar.khan@protocol-education.com or call me on 0113 233 7020 for a confidential chat.
