Job description
Recruitment Consultant Education (Primary)

Protocol Education one of the UK's leading providers of supply staff to schools are looking to recruit a new consultant to join their Primary Education team based out of their Wolverhampton office.

The position on offer is that of a 360 Recruitment Consultant focused on the Primary Schools sector. This is a permanent full-time position and will see the successful applicant join a vibrant, fun and engaging sales team at one of our flagship offices. You will take responsibility for your own business sector and will be provided with a full induction and training program to provide you with all the tools you will need to make a success of your career.

Duties will include:
Sales Calls
Client Visits
Candidate Calls
Candidate Interviews
Creation of Marketing
Profile/CV Review and Creation
Administration

What do we need from you?
Education recruitment is a fast-based sales business where no two days are the same! You will need to be well organised and able to prioritise your workload, with the ability to swiftly move from one task to the next. You will be working in a competitive sales environment where tenacity, confidence and a hard-working approach will drive you to build a successful desk.
