About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Manager with a passion for education to join our business in Lincoln.

We’re looking for experienced education recruiters, or those from a similar background in other sectors to join our expanding branch network and provide the leadership, direction and skills that will help take our dedicated team of consultants to the next level. 

The successful applicant will take the lead role in a brand-new team within our new Lincoln office.   This will be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate as you will be instrumental in helping shape the culture and future business success of a new team. 

You will be responsible for developing and inspiring a team of dedicated, passionate and talented consultants and will receive the support of a senior manager who will play an active role in helping you develop your career as a manager with Protocol Education.


About You

You may already be a successful Senior Consultant/Team Manager looking for further development and progression or a Billing Manager who is ready to take the next step in your career. A strong work ethic and ability to lead from the front will be essential. You should also believe in the same things we do: teamwork, quality and continuous improvement.
