Job description
Protocol Education are currently working closely with a Secondary School environment that are looking for additional support within their office.

They are currently going through a process of restructuring and therefore their current office/ admin team need additional support on both Mondays and Fridays only to allow them to work through a backlog of paperwork. This role would be to start immediately after the half-term break and ongoing for the rest of the academic year.

The role itself would involve all elements of reception duty, answering calls, signing in visitors and providing visitors with the relevant paper work. Elements of filing and any additional administration tasks will also be required.

You would be required to work Monday 8:30am - 4:30pm, and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm term time only.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants MUST have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new one.
You will also need to provide reference details to cover the last 24 months at a minimum.
