Job description
I am currently working with a 'Good' Ofsted rated school in St. Albans, who are looking for a strong and passionate Reception Teacher to join their team from January 2017.

The position is a full time maternity cover which will be for 2 terms (until July), however for the right candidate this can be extended into the new academic year.

They are a very welcoming and friendly school, with fantastic support from the SLT. This position would suit either an NQT or an experienced teacher.

The ideal candidate should:
• Have the ability to build rapport with parents
• Support pupils to make progress through providing personalised experiences
• Have very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be confident in behavioural management

Candidates should have:
• QTS
• Overseas Trained Teachers are also welcomed
• Relevant experience in a classroom environment
• Relevant KS1 experience
