Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with an OFSTED graded Outstanding school located in Hounslow. The school are hoping to appoint a fantastic Reception teacher to join their supportive school and work as part of a team.

It is important that the candidate has a high expectations for the learning, behaviour and well-being of pupils. Your aim would be to motivate children and imaginatively use resources to help them learn. You will provide a safe and secure environment for them to develop their social and communication skills, while recording observations and summarising their achievements. You will be able to produce a stimulating and fun classroom environment using a range of teaching materials and methods.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a diligent, creative and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to have a positive impact on children's development in a supportive and outstanding environment.

You will need to:
• Hold the relevant qualification of Early Years Teacher Status or Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience teaching within the age group
• Have a passion for teaching Early Years
• Use creativity and pedagogical theories
• Have a broad understanding of the National Curriculum
