Are you an Early Years Foundation Stage Specialist?

This primary school located to the East of Birmingham is looking to appoint a Reception Teacher to a full time position for the new academic year commencing September 2017. The school have recently been inspected by Ofsted and came out with an Outstanding grading. The school are looking to appoint a passionate and conscientious Early Years Foundation Stage specialist who will join a high performing team and embrace the ethos and vision of the school maintaining the high standards embedded throughout the school.

Located within Birmingham located to the East of the city centre this primary school has excellent facilities and an excellent reputation. Leadership have established clear goals and a vision for the school that permeates through all aspects of the school and school life. Expectations and Standards are high throughout and the school are keen to appoint a candidate who will maintain these standards under the guidance of the schools senior leadership team.

The school are looking ideally to appoint an Early Years Foundation Stage specialist though will also consider primary trained teachers with experience of teaching within a reception class. The school has a diverse population with approximately half of pupils coming from ethnic minority backgrounds. EAL at the school is slightly above average concentrated within early year groups, whilst the proportion of pupils with SEN supported through school action or school action plus broadly in line with the national average.
