Job description

In the Borough of Enfield, Protocol is working exclusively with an 'Outstanding' 1 form entry Primary School situated on the Piccadilly line where there is good access to Central London. The school also serves a community rich in cultural, ethnic, religious, linguistic and social diversity.

Together, we are looking for an experienced Reception Teacher with a vast amount of knowledge and a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework. The role will be starting in January 2017 and will continue on throughout the rest of the academic year working Monday through to Friday.

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you must:

o Have at least 1 full year of teaching experience.
o Be able to prepare resources and deliver the support at an outstanding level.
o Be an excellent practitioner who is dedicated to raising the attainment of all pupils.
o Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Curriculum.
o Equipped with excellent behaviour and classroom management.
o Be able to think and plan strategically.
o Be able to support at a consistently good and outstanding level.
o Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and pupils.
