We’re working with a welcoming Harrow primary school looking for a Reception teacher who knows that learning starts with curiosity, play, and a little bit of magic. If you love storytelling corners, messy play, and those “wow, they did it!” moments, this one’s got your name on it.

You’ll be shaping first experiences of school life, building confidence, and turning tiny steps into big milestones.

The role at a glance:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Working hours typically 8:30am to 4:00pm
• September 2026 start
• Pay negotiable, matched to your teacher pay scale (MPS)

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering creative, play-based EYFS learning
• Supporting early phonics, communication, and social development
• Creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment
• Tracking progress and celebrating every milestone
• Working closely with support staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
