This forward thinking and innovative school are seeking a hard-working and imaginative Learning Support Assistant to deliver Interventions to small groups of students and individuals in Early Years and Key Stage 1 focusing on Read Write Phonics. Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of literacy so you can provide effective strategies for each child. Situated closely to Ealing Broadway station allows great access to transport links from all corners of London.

The role will involve working with small groups and individuals focusing on core subjects, you will work alongside the class teachers mainly with students in Year 1 and Year 2.

You must have;

• Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum and Year 2 SATs
• Experienced Read Write Phonics
